Here are beta-test versions of two interactive, highly-configurable contract forms in Adobe PDF format. Each contains both short-form and long-form versions.

Save time and money - give your lawyer a great head start

No need to reinvent the wheel — your lawyer can save time (and thus your money) by checking boxes and filling in blanks to configure the contract you need. If necessary, s/he can add riders with custom language, too.

Save time reviewing the other side's contract

If "the other side" will be holding the pencil, get them to use a Pactix PDF form, so that you can focus on their changes to language you've already seen.

Automatically generate a summary of the contract

The editing-license code for these beta-test versions will expire at 12:01 a.m. local time on April 1, 2008. Not coincidentally, that's the end of the first quarter (for calendar-year companies).

After that time, you'll still be able to print each document in its then-existing form. If you want to do further edits after that time, however, you will need to purchase and install a new license code. More information about that will be released later.
