Entire-agreement clauses are also known as integration clauses. The language of the Pactix entire-agreement clause is adapted from section 2-202 of the Uniform Commercial Code. (Remember that UCC article 2 per se, which deals with sales of goods, may or may not be applicable to a given agreement.)
