If each order form is a separate contract, a default in order form A would not be a default in order form B. Cf. UCC § 2-612(3), concerning (what amount to) cross-defaults in installment contracts.

The Pactix "Termination" section includes an optional snap-in clause allowing order form B to be terminated for convenience if order form A is terminated for material breach.
